A small circle, chosen carefully
We are not an affiliate network. We work with a few creators at a time, properly, and we would rather do five collaborations well than fifty badly.

Real pieces
You shoot with actual jewellery from our collection, not samples or seconds. We arrange and pay for delivery and pickup, both ways.

Paid properly
A fee agreed upfront, in writing, paid in two halves. No "exposure", no waiting to see how the post performs.

A share of what you drive
Your own code gives your audience a discount, and pays you a share of the sales it brings in — for as long as the code lives.

Apply
Tell us about your work. We read every application and reply either way.

Agree the brief
If it fits, we send the piece, the dates, the fee and the terms. You sign in the portal, and the brief is fixed from that moment.

Create
The jewellery comes to you. You shoot, we approve the draft, you post. Then we collect the piece — our cost, our arrangement.
4
Earn
Your fee is paid in two halves. Your code keeps earning you a share of every sale it brings, visible here in your dashboard.
Questions
Do I have to return the jewellery?
Yes. The piece is lent for the shoot and stays ours throughout. We arrange and pay for the pickup, and we carry the risk in transit both ways. You choose the pickup date once your draft is approved.
How much do I earn from my code?
A share of the net value of orders placed with it on jpearls.com. The exact percentage is in your brief. It confirms once the order is delivered and the return window has closed, so the number you see is one you will actually be paid.
Does it count if someone buys on Amazon or Myntra?
No. Codes work on jpearls.com only, and commission is jpearls.com only. We say this plainly upfront rather than after you have counted it.
When am I paid?
Half your fee when you share the first draft, the rest once the piece is back with us and checked. We aim for seven working days each time. Commission is paid separately as it settles.
Can I work with other jewellery brands?
Not while a campaign of ours is running — the dates are in your brief. Outside that window, your work is your own.
How long does my post have to stay up?
Twelve months. And we may run it as a paid advertisement free for ninety days from the day you post; after that we agree a royalty with you in writing or we stop.
I have a small following. Is it worth applying?
Yes. We care far more about whether your audience trusts you than how many of them there are. A few thousand people who listen to you is worth more to us than a hundred thousand who scroll past.

Our Terms

Kept short and in plain words, so you can read it in a few minutes and know exactly what you are agreeing to.

01Scope

Two things bind us: this agreement, and the email we send you from an address ending @jpearls.com. The email carries the specifics — what to create, where to post, the tags, the dates, the product's retail value, and your fee or voucher. This agreement carries the rules. If the two ever disagree, this agreement wins.

If you are an agency, or you bring other creators to us, these same terms bind you, and you answer for any loss or damage they cause.

02The product remains ours

We lend you the product for the shoot alone. It stays our property throughout, and never becomes yours. Please do not sell, alter, or part with it, keep it unworn once the shoot is done, and return it to us.

03Delivery, pickup and transit

We arrange and pay for both delivery and pickup, and we carry the risk if anything is lost or delayed in transit, coming or going.

Once your shoot is done and we have approved your final draft, the only step left is to post. At that point, choose a pickup date and hand the product over within five days. If you miss the date you chose, later pickup attempts are on you, and we take them from your final payment, or from your voucher in a barter deal.

One tip worth following: film yourself packing and handing over the piece. If anything is ever in question, that video settles it quickly.

04Payment

Cash deals. Your fee is set out in the email, and we pay it in two halves. The first when you share your first draft. The second once the product is back with us and has passed our check. We aim to pay within seven working days of each. If something inside our own operations slows us down, we may take a little longer, but never beyond thirty business days.

Barter and gift-voucher deals. There is no cash fee, and the voucher is your reward. Everything else holds. The product is still ours, you still deliver the content and return the piece, and we release the voucher code once the content is live and the product is back and checked. The voucher expires six months after we issue it and cannot be exchanged for cash.

05If the product does not come back

From the moment you accept delivery, the product is in your care. If you keep it, lose it, or fail to return it, whether or not the shoot is done, you owe us its full retail value, the figure named in our email, and we may recover it by any lawful means. No second payment is due.

06Damage, shortage or substitution

If the piece returns damaged, short, or swapped for something else, you cover the repair or replacement. In every case, we release your second payment or voucher only after the returned piece passes our check.

07If the content is not delivered

Give the dates your honest best effort. If you cannot deliver at all, return the first payment and the shipping we covered, and send the product back.

08Emergencies

If something gets in the way of a deadline, tell us as early as you can, and we will try to agree a new one.

09Disclosure and honesty

Label the post as paid; "paid partnership" is enough. Make no claim about the product that we have not approved, and use no music, image, or text you do not have the right to use. If a copyright strike of your making gets the content permanently taken down, we may recover what we have paid you.

10Approval, edits and posting

Show us a draft before you post. We may ask for reasonable edits, up to two rounds, and we will approve before anything goes live. Please keep the post up for at least twelve months, and do not take it down early without our word.

11Use of the content

You keep your raw footage, and you keep ownership. You give us a licence to repost, edit, and adapt the content you post. On our own channels, we may use it freely, for as long as we wish.

As a paid advertisement, we may run your content free for ninety days from the day you post. Here is why we ask for that. A post reaches the most people the day it goes up, and its reach fades quickly after. Once you have posted, you move on, and the post goes quiet on its own. We keep it working by putting our own money behind it as an ad, which carries your content to people who would never have found it otherwise.

After ninety days we do not keep running it for free. If it is still performing, we come back and agree a royalty with you in writing, so you share in what it earns. Until we agree, we pause the paid use. Our use on our own channels carries on either way.

12Exclusivity

While the campaign runs, and its dates are in the email, please do not promote a competing pearl or jewellery brand.

13Confidentiality

Keep any of our prices, designs, or plans that are not yet public to yourself.

14Conduct

Please do not say or do anything that harms our name, during the campaign or after it.

15Ending the agreement

Either of us may step away in writing before the product ships. Once it has shipped, your duties to return the piece, to cover damage, and to deliver stay in force until the product is back with us and everything is settled.

16Law and courts

This agreement follows the law of India, and any dispute belongs to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

17Acceptance

Signing in this portal, or replying "I agree" to our email, accepts these terms and the brief in that email.

A note from us

We have tried to think through every situation and write it into these terms with care. If something genuinely new comes up that this agreement does not cover, we will take the final call on it, without affecting your right to the courts named above.
